You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about Calibrer. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a misleading way.
Information and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but content may change and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Product capabilities, subscription scope and commercial terms are confirmed during checkout or in the relevant written agreement.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Calibrer plans are software subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices shown exclude VAT. The price, billing interval, included capacity and any separately priced onboarding, migration, development or add-on services are shown before purchase or confirmed in writing.
Annual pricing promotion
Where the pricing page describes annual billing as “2 months free”, the annual subscription price is ten times the corresponding monthly plan price. The stated saving is a comparison with twelve payments at the then-current monthly price. It is not a cash payment, cannot be combined with another discount unless we agree otherwise, and applies while that annual price is displayed.
Refunds, cancellations and disputes

Legal and export restrictions
You must not access or use Calibrer where doing so would breach applicable law, sanctions or export-control requirements. Availability in a country or to a particular organisation may be restricted where required by law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, Calibrer service, brand, copy and design are owned by or licensed to Brainsoft Limited. No ownership rights are transferred by your use of the site.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided for general information and is not a substitute for professional advice. The service terms agreed when subscribing govern use of the Calibrer application.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
